Our clients’ and our own safely is our utmost priority and we have implemented many changes to achieve this. We have undertaken a stringent COVID-19 risk assessment and have taken appropriate measures to combat and deal with each one.

• Any staff or clients who are feeling unwell or have family members unwell at home with any Covid-19 symptoms, must not attend the clinic
• Those requiring to self-isolate must not attend the clinic during this period
• Treatment times are staggered to minimise contact between clients
• Temperature taken on arrival with contactless infrared thermometer
• Enhanced cleaning of all surfaces and contact points between each patient throughout the day, using hospital grade disinfectant
• Deep clean of the clinic at the close of each day
• Hand washing, hand sanitising facilities and disposable masks for clients on arrival
• Socially distanced (min 2m) consultations
• Credit/debit card payments preferred
• Single use disposable, biodegradable towels and sponges
• Practitioners PPE compliant
• Air purifier  and ventilated room
